The Big Move

I know that I have been less than frequent with updates to this blog. In fact, my frequency has been down right lousy. I apologize. I do hope that I am able to make it up to you with more frequent updates to come.

With that behind me, I would like to let you all know one of the reasons that Alex and I have been lying pretty low lately.  We have reciently purchased our first home and have been working on getting everything moved in and organized. On that note, please be advised of our new mailing address should anyone be looking to reach us by a more traditional means:

We are still working from home so we ask that if someone is interested in finding out more about our services in person that they contact us either by phone or email to set up an appointment.

Hope everyone is having a fabulous summer!!!

MISSING DOG - Miley the Pug

Miley the PUG is missing!
If you have seen her please contact me, I would love to be able to give my co-worker, her owner, some good news.

She has been missing since late in the afternoon/early evening on Saturday April 25Her last confirmed sighting was at Tracey’s Dairy on Lorne Street in Renfrew. There is a chance that she may have been picked up by a red van.

UPDATE:  She was last seen crossing Bridge Street in Renfrew. It was there that she was picked up by a tall blond. They continued towards Tim Hortons.

How this works…

Every Wednesday (well, I’m going to *try* for every Wednesday), I am going to post a picture.  Maybe a one or two word description depending on the subject, but no lengthy chitter chatter.  They might be current, or perhaps from the “archives”, but they will be photographed by either Alex or myself, or we will be at least, somehow, part of the subject matter.

Enjoy!

Girls Night Out - Friday April 3rd

I am so excited to be a part of this show!

With so many great vendors and so many great products and services, I am thrilled to be a part of it!  This year is the second year of the show and according to one of the sponsors, Terri-Lee, last years show knocked the socks off everyone. Attendance was overwhelming!

Personal favorites of mine, that I hope I have time to talk to, include Pampered Chef (Sponsors and vendors of so many cool things), Epicure (they make so many tasty products! checking them out is a must!! You have to try their Cheese, Chives and Bacon dip mix!), Tupperware (I wonder if they still carry the fix’n'mix?), and Keeping Young Spa (ask for Heather and tell her that Marianne sent you *grins*).

Without any furter chatter from me, I will attach the flyer which the organizers were kind enough to send me and I hope to see everyone there….. well….. not everyone.  This event is no boys allowed.  Sorry guys.

New Phone Number!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that in light of our recent move to Renfrew, we have decided to let go of the phone number we had in the 905 area code and update it to a local phone number. Our new phone number is 613-281-7717. Our second phone number 705-790-5610 is still an active number and will still reach us. We look forward to hearing from everyone at either of these numbers and you can call us anytime. *smile*

Enjoy the warm weather for as long as it lasts!

The LOVE kept us warm that day!

Liz and BrianLiz and Brian Outside

Alex and I had the pleasure if documenting the wedding of Liz and Brian on January 3, 2009. It was a little colder than most of us bargained for, but the love that these two have for one another gave everyone there a dose of the warm and fuzzies.

Picking just one favorite part of their day is difficult for me, although pictures downtown at Barrie’s city hall was definitely fun. The cars honking their congratulations as they drove past, and all the kids skating were thrilled to see a bride and groom get their photos taken. Their flower girl and ring berrer were too cute for words as well.  A little camera shy, but I’m pretty sure my sticker stash helped over come that. *grins*

So much has been going on!!

Alex and I did so well for a couple of days, getting the blog updated. Then we got busy and it got to the point where we didn’t know what to blog about first!!  You will be noticing in the next wee while that there will be many updates. Some longer than others (this one being the shortest *grins*).

The purpose of this one though, is to say that I’m sorry I got behind!!
